After several meetings and an appointment in the vineyard, it quickly became clear that Down to Earth will offer the quality to the guests that Vuurzee is proud of and would like to be a part of.

Located in Fort Zuiderwijkermeer, one of the many forts that served to protect the city of Amsterdam a hundred years ago and has become part of the UNESCO World Heritage List, Kaasfort Amsterdam ripens a wide range of cheeses. These excellent quality cheeses mean that we proudly serve them in our cheese course.

An iconic patisserie in Velp that has been passionately creating high-quality delicacies for over 25 years. Their homemade chocolates and macarons can be tasted in our coffee/tea arrangements.

Once started by two friends in Hamburg. An own cola, not mass produced, but cultural heritage. In the current day and age Fritz-Kola is not only a concept in Hamburg and Germany, but also popular on the market in surrounding countries. All limo’s and kola’s are produced in a sustainable way.

Wilderland is a supplier of high-quality kombuchas that fits in within our concept. They are working on an economic model based on nature restoration where biodiversity comes first. In addition to their kombuchas, they also supply (un)herbal beer that is brewed in Nijmegen. Wilderland is a nice addition to our list of suppliers.

For over 250 years Bakkerij Hilvers has been located in Velp. A local bakery of high qualtity is indispensable for us. As a result of our collaboration people will always taste locally produced bread out of the region with us.

EcoTap provides sustainable and innovative water dispensing solutions. With a focus on reusability and eco-friendliness, EcoTap helps reduce plastic waste and make clean drinking water more accessible. Additionally, for every subscription, they donate 36,000 liters of drinking water per year to orphaned girls and albino children in Kenya.

A few kilometers away from the Dutch border is Obstkelterei Van Nahmen, where fruit juices take a leep in the higher segment. They utilize the local fruits from the regions Nederrijn en Münsterland in order to be as biological as possible.
