New Beginnings

As former students of NHL Stenden hotel school in Leeuwarden, Reno Wiertz and Siebe de Roos discovered that their shared passion for entrepreneurship and hospitality brought them together to form Down to Earth. Based in Velp, their mission is to provide a gastronomic journey that stimulates the senses, leaving every guest with a lasting culinary memory.
